Returns and Defective Products
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective item (e.g., damaged packaging, roasting errors) or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Upon returning the item to us via cash on delivery (collect shipping), we will provide a replacement or a full refund. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (personal preference/change of mind).
